Twenty-two Days until the [Supposed] End of the World

Today, I took some stuff to a recycling bin and picked up a job application to a store I have applied to several times in the past. (They supposedly have a "Don't call us, we'll call you" policy so following up has been out.) This afternoon, I continued reading a book I had been on for a while called Angels of September. I probably won't finish it in September, though.
If it's really true that we have only twenty-two days left until the end of the world, then I have only twenty-two days left to finish the aforementioned book. But because I have less than ten chapters left to read, I doubt it'll take me that long to finish it unless I get really distracted or something.
